• Access the project and discuss the best solutions.
• We will clear all debris from cracks with high-pressure air-blowers and wire brushes.
• We then apply rubberized crack filler heated to approximately 400 degrees to all cracks ¼” or larger.

This helps prevent further moisture penetration and is recommended on a yearly basis.
